Shipping Policy

At Jenni Can Fix It, we take pride in making sure your order is handled with care from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days once payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (such as sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

  • Standard shipping and expedited shipping options are available.

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order has shipped and tracking details are provided, Jenni Can Fix It is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at jenni@jennicanfixit.co with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. regulations.

  • Certain oversized, custom, or specialty products may be subject to shipping limitations.
